Do I have to pay my nanny on-the-books?
That is up to you! We can narrow your search down to as specific a candidate as you would like. For example, you can request that your nanny speaks another language, has special needs experience, serve food allergy experience, sleeping training experience and more! Or you can simply stick with our Everleigh Agency Standards and still match with a quality candidate.
How specific can my search be?
Everleigh vets our nannies through nationwide background checks, DMV driving records, a social media screening, lengthy interviews and reference checks. Drug testing available upon request.
How do you vet nannies?
Once we have a position ready to fill we will post it on our website and on our social media. Candidates will then apply via our website. We also have a large network of agency friends across the United States that we can access to find specific candidates.
How do you find nannies?
If you don’t have one of your own we can provide one to you!
How do I write a nanny contract?
